Network Management Policy

How we manage network traffic and broadband performance across the properties where we operate.

Last updated: May 2026. This document should be reviewed and customized with legal counsel before publication. Specific obligations under FCC transparency requirements for broadband providers should be confirmed.

1. Purpose

This Network Management Policy describes ResTech360's practices for managing the broadband, WiFi, and related network services provided at multi-dwelling-unit ("MDU") properties where ResTech360 operates the resident technology stack. This Policy is consistent with FCC transparency rules for broadband Internet access service.

2. Service performance

Service tiers and expected performance levels (download speed, upload speed, latency) are documented per property and disclosed to residents at the point of service activation. Actual performance may vary based on factors including device capability, in-unit WiFi conditions, peak-hour demand, and the destination of the traffic.

3. Network-management practices

We may apply reasonable network-management techniques to preserve service quality for all users. These include:

We do not block, throttle, or otherwise discriminate against lawful Internet content based on its source, destination, or content type.

4. Commercial terms

Resident-facing commercial terms — including service tiers, pricing, data allowances (if any), and termination — are documented in the resident service agreement for each property. Bulk-billing arrangements are disclosed in the resident's lease or amenity addendum.

5. Privacy

Resident personal information collected in connection with the broadband service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disputes and complaints

Residents may report network-performance issues or service complaints to our 24/7 support team. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support channel, residents may escalate to ResTech360 management at hello@restech360.com. ResTech360 cooperates with the Federal Communications Commission and applicable state authorities as required.

7. Updates

ResTech360 may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
