1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets forth the rules governing use of Internet, WiFi, smart-building, and related technology services provided by or through ResTech360, LLC ("ResTech360") at properties where ResTech360 manages the resident technology stack. By using these services, residents and other end users agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited activities
Users may not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including the transmission, distribution, or storage of material in violation of applicable law.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages ("spam"), engage in mail-bombing, or otherwise misuse messaging systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account, including denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or vulnerability probing.
- Interfere with the service or the use of the service by others, including by saturating bandwidth or disrupting equipment.
- Distribute malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material.
- Resell, sublet, or otherwise transfer the service to third parties without express written authorization.
- Use the service in a manner that violates the property's lease agreement or community rules.
3. Network and bandwidth
ResTech360 reserves the right to manage network traffic to preserve service quality for all users. This may include rate limiting, traffic shaping, or other reasonable network-management practices. See our Network Management Policy for details.
4. Enforcement
ResTech360 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate service to any user who violates this AUP. ResTech360 will cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law.
5. Reporting violations

6. Changes
ResTech360 may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the service following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
